StreamSec Tools Support

StreamSec offers several support options to help you use our products in your applications, in a reliable and functional manner.

Newsgroups
You may at all times use our newsgroups for any technical support questions.

Forum Archives
Posts to the StreamSec Technical Fora from 2002 to 2007 are available at the web site forum.streamsec.net.

Why do you need support?
We can assist you with basic cryptographic design and help you avoid common security flaws. If you are not an experienced cryptographer, we strongly recommend you to take advantage of StreamSec Support or our consultancy services.

It is a mistake to think that "some security" is better than no security. Security is black and white. Either you got it or you don't. Security measures will cost you in terms of performance, memory consumption and end user experience. You need to get it right if you do it at all. We can help.

 

Priority Support
Priority support via email is available to customers who sign a separate Support Contract. The current rates are:

  • €400/year and developer for a Support Level 2 contract
  • €1400/year and developer for a Support Level 3 contract.
  • €4000/year and developer for a Support Level 3 Gold contract

All levels include a one year subscription to the StreamSec Tools code base and hot fixes.

These support contracts are subject to export restrictions for dual use technology. An export license is usually required if you are located outside of the EU, USA, Canada, Norway, Switzerland, Australia, New Zeeland or Japan.
